Role play is the acting out of characters or scenarios as part of kink. It can involve power based roles, professional scenarios, fantasy settings or any agreed story. Role play lets partners explore dynamics and fantasies in a safe, framed way, and pairs naturally with power exchange. Like all play it is negotiated in advance, with limits and a safeword in place. The only limit is imagination and mutual consent.
