These terms govern your use of Venuva (venuva.co.uk). Please read them carefully. By using the site, creating an account, submitting a listing, leaving a review or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Venuva is operated by Masuyo Digital (trading as Venuva), based in the United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “Venuva” mean the operator of this site. References to “you” and “your” mean the person or business using the site.

Venuva is a directory and information service for the United Kingdom adult lifestyle, fetish, swinging and naturist scenes. We provide:
Venuva is a directory. We list venues, events and companies. We do not own, operate, host, run or control any of the venues or events listed, and we are not party to any arrangement you make with them. Listings are not recommendations or endorsements.
The site is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Venuva. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may remove any account or content where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.
To submit a business listing, leave a review or subscribe to a paid plan, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You may close your account at any time.
When you leave a review, it is shown under a public display name (a pseudonym), never your real name or email address.
If you submit a venue, event or company, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to submit it. Listings go live and are reviewed by us in the background. We may edit, decline, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, including where it is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or breaches these terms.
If you claim an existing listing, you confirm that you own or are authorised to represent that business. We verify claims and may ask for evidence. We may refuse or reverse a claim where we are not satisfied that you are entitled to manage the listing. Submitting a false claim is a breach of these terms.
You retain ownership of the text, images and other materials you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt them for the purpose of operating and promoting the site and your listing. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Do not upload images you do not have the rights to use, including images taken from other websites, social media or search engines.
We take reasonable care but do not guarantee that any listing, opening time, price, event date or other detail is accurate or current. Always confirm details directly with the venue or organiser before relying on them.
Reviews must be your own genuine, first-hand experience. You must not post reviews that are false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, or that identify other people without their consent. You must not post a review of a business you own or have a financial interest in, and you must not post reviews in exchange for payment or incentive.
All reviews are moderated. We may approve, reject, edit the visibility of, or remove any review at our discretion. We operate a reporting system so that reviews can be flagged for our attention, and we will consider reports and act where appropriate. This is part of how we keep the site safe and lawful.
By posting a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use it on the site. You are responsible for what you post.
In this sector, a person’s review history can reveal sensitive personal information. We show reviews under a chosen display name only. Do not include information in a review that could identify you or anyone else.
You must not:
We may suspend or remove any account or content, and restrict access, where we believe these terms have been breached.
Pro is an optional paid subscription that gives a business listing additional features (for example priority placement, more photos, video, enquiry forms and review responses). The current features and price are shown on our pricing page.
Pro costs £20 per month unless otherwise stated at the time you subscribe. Payment is taken by Direct Debit through our payment provider, GoCardless. By subscribing you authorise us to collect the recurring fee until you cancel. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice of any change to your subscription price before it takes effect.
Pro renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your listing reverts to a free listing. We do not delete your listing or its content when Pro ends.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@venuva.co.uk and we will look into it.
Pro affects the visibility and presentation of a listing only. Pro never affects a listing’s rating, the display or ordering of reviews, the Verified badge, or moderation. Ratings and verification are earned and cannot be bought.
We may offer one-off promotional placements (for example a featured slot) arranged directly with us. Any such placement is clearly identified and does not affect ratings, reviews or verification. Where any listing or content is sponsored or promoted, we label it as such.
The Venuva name, logo, design, guides and the site itself are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission. Content you submit remains yours, subject to the licence you grant us above.
The site contains listings for, and links to, third-party venues, events, companies and websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them, their content, their safety, their conduct, or anything that happens when you visit or deal with them. Any dealings you have with a listed business are solely between you and that business.
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranty that the site, its listings or its information are accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. You use the site, and any information on it, at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and decisions when attending any venue or event.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from content you submit, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend, restrict or end your access to the site or any feature at any time, including where we believe you have breached these terms or where we need to for legal, safety or operational reasons. You may stop using the site and close your account at any time.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, including account data, reviews, display names, payment information handled by GoCardless, and analytics. By using the site you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@venuva.co.uk.
