How it will work

How Venuva will work.

From your first listing to running a night with 500 members. Step one, the free listing, works today. The rest is coming soon.

Member tools coming soon

1

You claim or create your listing

Start by submitting your club to the Venuva directory. You tell us the name, the town, the type of venue and link to your website. We review it and publish your listing, usually within 48 hours. No cost, no commitment. If your club is already in the directory, you can claim it instead.

2

You get a private signup link

Once you join, Venuva generates a private signup link for your club. It looks like a normal web link, nothing specific about what it is for. You share it with people you want to invite. Nobody can join who does not have it.

3

A member applies using that link

Someone follows the link and fills in a short form: their name, a photo, and a few basic details. Nothing sensitive, nothing public. The form comes from your club, not from Venuva. Members deal with you.

4

You review and approve or decline

Their application comes to you. You read it, look at the photo, and decide. You can approve in one tap, decline with a note, or leave it until you have time. Nobody is added to your list until you say yes.

5

The member verifies their age

Once approved, the member is asked to confirm they are over 18. This is handled by a specialist provider whose job is exactly this. The member deals with them directly, on their own phone, and the document never passes through your hands or ours. Venuva only ever receives the result: a yes or a no, and the date it was checked. We never see the ID, the image, or anything on it. You get a clean record that the check happened, without ever holding the document yourself.

6

The member gets a digital pass

After they are approved and checked, the member receives a digital pass on their phone. It holds their name, their member status and a simple code. There is no app to download and nothing to install. It lives in their phone, ready for the next night. Nothing about the pass appears on a bank statement and nothing marks them out in public. It is just theirs, quietly.

7

You create events and members RSVP

When you have a night coming up, you create an event with the date, the time and how many spots there are. Your members see it and reply, so you know who is coming before the doors open. You can message everyone directly through Venuva, which means you can still reach your members even if a social platform goes down or hides your posts.

8

Door staff check members in on any phone

On the night, whoever is on the door uses the Venuva door screen on the phone in their pocket. They scan a member's pass and see one clear screen: the photo, the name, and whether the person is a verified member. One look, and they decide. It works with no internet signal, so a busy doorway or a venue with poor reception is no problem.

9

After the night, you export a clean record

When the night is over, you have a quiet record of what happened: who was checked in, when, and how the evening ran. If you ever need it, it is there. You can export your whole member list and your records any time, in full. Your data is yours, with no lock-in, so you are never tied to us to keep what you have built.

That is the whole plan.

No hardware to buy, no app to install, and no technical knowledge needed. If you can send a message and take a photo on your phone, you will be able to run Venuva. We will set it up with you, so you are never left to work it out alone. If you’d like early access, register your interest.
