Get your club listed on the directory for free. Add the full management tool when you are ready.
The simplest thing Venuva does. Get your club on the map so members can find you.
When you list your club, it gets a profile page on Venuva. Members browsing the directory can find it by region and club type. Your profile shows your venue name, a short description, your location, and a link to your own website or booking page. That is all we show, nothing else. No details you have not provided and nothing that identifies your members.
You can also submit events. When you have a night coming up, add it to the Venuva events calendar so members across the UK see it. Listing is free, takes a few minutes, and has no time limit.
Run your members, your events and your door in one place. Here is the full journey, start to finish, in plain English.
You get a single private link for your club. You can put it wherever you already reach people: a pinned post, a message, a card at the venue. There is no public page and no listing anyone can stumble on.
The link is plain and discreet, safe to open in front of anyone. It simply leads to your club's signup form.
When someone opens the link, they fill in a short form: their name, the details you ask for, and a photo if you want one for the door. It takes a couple of minutes on their phone.
Nothing is public and nothing is shared with other members. The application simply lands in your list, waiting for you to look at it.
Every application comes to you first. You see who has applied, review their details, and decide. Approve the ones you want, leave the rest pending, or turn someone down. Nobody becomes a member until you say so.
This is your list and your decision. Venuva never approves anyone on your behalf.
Once approved, the member is asked to confirm they are over 18. This is handled by a specialist provider whose job is exactly this. The member deals with them directly, on their own phone, and the document never passes through your hands or ours.
Venuva only ever receives the result: a yes or a no, and the date it was checked. We never see the ID, the image, or anything on it. You get a clean record that the check happened, without ever holding the document yourself.
After they are approved and checked, the member receives a digital pass on their phone. It holds their name, their member status and a simple code. There is no app to download and nothing to install. It lives in their phone, ready for the next night.
Nothing about the pass appears on a bank statement and nothing marks them out in public. It is just theirs, quietly.
When you have a night coming up, you create an event with the date, the time and how many spots there are. Your members see it and reply, so you know who is coming before the doors open.
You can message everyone directly through Venuva, which means you can still reach your members even if a social platform goes down or hides your posts.
On the night, whoever is on the door uses the Venuva door screen on the phone in their pocket. They scan a member's pass and see one clear screen: the photo, the name, and whether the person is a verified member. One look, and they decide.
It works with no internet signal, so a busy doorway or a venue with poor reception is no problem. You can add a walk-in there and then, handle re-entry, and search by name if someone's phone has died.
When the night is over, you have a quiet record of what happened: who was checked in, when, and how the evening ran. If you ever need it, it is there.
You can export your whole member list and your records any time, in full. Your data is yours, with no lock-in, so you are never tied to us to keep what you have built.
No hardware to buy, no app to install, and no technical knowledge needed. If you can send a message and take a photo on your phone, you can run Venuva. We set it up with you, so you are never left to work it out alone.
